Refund Policy

RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned: * Gift vouchers * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable) * Books with obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. * Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control. * Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to post to your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to post to your account. If you have done all of the above and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@lammjung-wein.de Sale items (if applicable) A refund can only be issued for regular-priced items; sale items are unfortunately not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@lammjung-wein.de and mail the item to: Eberbacher Straße 50, Eltville-Erbach, 65346, Germany.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift voucher for the purchase value upon return. Once we receive the returned item, you'll receive a gift voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gift recipient, the refund will be issued to the gift recipient and the gift recipient will be notified of the return.
Shipping To return your product, you should send your product to: Eberbacher Straße 50, Eltville-Erbach, 65346 , Germany.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you're shipping an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
